What are the Requirements for Becoming a Phelps Volunteer?

  • Application and personal interview
  • Medical clearance and confidentiality form
  • Orientation and training
Phelps accepts volunteers without regard to age (if over 14 years), race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability.
